Blue Cheese & Date Stuffed Apricots
- 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
- ¼ Cup Pitted Dates, chopped
- 3 Apricots, halved and pitted
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds
- In small bowl, stir cheese and dates.
- Fill cut side of apricots with cheese mixture; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds.
