Blue Cheese & Date Stuffed Apricots


  • 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ Cup Pitted Dates, chopped
  • 3 Apricots, halved and pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds


  1. In small bowl, stir cheese and dates.
