- 8 Oz. Smoked Belgioioso Mozzarella Ball
- 15 Leaves Fresh Basil
- Beano's Sub Dressing
- Coarse Salt
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each on a platter.
- Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
