Chicken Avocado Salad Roll Ups
- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Chicken
- 2 Ripe Avocados, mashed
- 4 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Onions
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1 ½ Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 5-6 Soft Tortillas
- In large bowl combine all ingredients and stir until blended.
- Spread mixture over tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice in 1-inch slices and serve.
