Fresh Summer Salsa
- 4 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Medium Fresh Pineapple, chopped
- 1 Medium Ripe Avocado, peeled and cubed
- 3/4 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Tortilla Chips, for serving
- In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.
- Mix well; chill until ready to serve.
