Italian Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • ¼ Cup Sundried Tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
  • ¼ Cup Black Olives, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Salami, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Green Onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp Dried Chives
  • ½ tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve with assorted snack crackers.
