It’s official… our summer is over and we are full steam ahead into fall and harvest time. If you are like me, we are right in the middle of trying to use up all our vegetables out of the garden so they don’t go to waste. 

Well, I just have to tell you about my new gadget that I just purchased because I am so excited and love it!  It is the Hamilton Beach Vacuum Sealer and it is so extremely easy to use and I can’t wait to not only use it on my vegetables, but my big plan is to go through my freezer and eliminate by large containers of food and put them into the vacuum seal bags.  They are easier to store for space and it lasts so much longer.
