Black Bean Layered Dip
- 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup Cooked Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 14.5 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 2 Hatch Chiles, roasted, peeled, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 1 Cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Spread cream cheese in an even layer across bottom of shallow dish.
- Layer on beans, tomatoes, chiles and cheese.
- Serve at room temperature with chips.
