Black Bean Layered Dip


  • 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup Cooked Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14.5 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 Hatch Chiles, roasted, peeled, stemmed, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Spread cream cheese in an even layer across bottom of shallow dish.
  2. Layer on beans, tomatoes, chiles and cheese.
  3. Serve at room temperature with chips.
