Pumpkin Pie


  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 16 Oz. Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 14 Oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 9 Inch Unbaked Pie Crust (in Metal Baking Tin)


  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Combine eggs, pumpkin, condensed milk and spice in large bowl; mix well.
  3. Fill pie crust with pumpkin pie mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking until filling sets, approx. 35-40 minutes.
