- 2 Large Eggs
- 16 Oz. Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 14 Oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 9 Inch Unbaked Pie Crust (in Metal Baking Tin)
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Combine eggs, pumpkin, condensed milk and spice in large bowl; mix well.
- Fill pie crust with pumpkin pie mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking until filling sets, approx. 35-40 minutes.
