- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Chips or pretzels for serving
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, mix in flour. Cook until golden brown.
- Slowly whisk in milk; simmer until thickened.
- Add cheese and salsa, stir until melted. Add more cheese if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Stir in fresh cilantro, serve hot.
