Spicy Almond Dip

Ingredients

    Spicy Almond Dip
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup water (or more as needed)
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt
    Wrap
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • Broccoli slaw
  • White cheddar, shredded
  • Red onion
  • • Sweet potato
  • • Pazazz apple, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. To make almond dip, add all dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. To make wrap, lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread spicy almond dip down center of each tortilla. Top with broccoli slaw, spinach, apple slices and white cheddar cheese.
