- 8 Oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Espresso Powder
- Additional Cocoa Powder for dusting
- Assorted Cookies
- Whip BelGioioso Mascarpone, sugar, heavy whipping cream, cocoa and espresso powder together using a hand or standing mixer for about a minute until all ingredients are combined and mixture is fluffy.
- Place dip into serving dish and garnish with the additional cocoa powder.
- Serve with assorted cookies or keep chilled until ready to serve.
