Veggie Roll Up

Ingredients

  • 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp Hummus, any flavor
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • 2-3 Tbsp Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Zucchini
  • 1/8 Cup Chick Peas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly over tortilla.
  2. Add veggies and wrap tortilla.

Notes

Dietitian's Tip: Try adding lean protein such as chicken. Mix up the flavor by choosing different flavors of hummus.
