Herbed Tahini Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1/2 C. Fresh Parsley leaves
- 1/4 C. Chopped Fresh Chives
- 1/4 C. Tahini Paste
- 1/4 C. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Honey
Instructions
- In food processor, purée garlic, parsley, chives, tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil and honey until smooth.
- Transfer to small bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
