Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Lb. lean Ground Beef
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 24 Oz. Can Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 Lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 2 C. Water
- 1 1/2 C. Ricotta Cheese
- 3/4 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Chopped Fresh Basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the oil to the pressure cooker and select the sauté function. Cook the ground beef for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix to combine.
- Turn off the sauté function and layer the marinara sauce, macaroni, and water without mixing. Lock the pressure cooker lid in place, set the vent to Sealed and using the Manual function, select a 5-minute cook time at High Pressure.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure valve to vent the steam. Remove the lid and stir in the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses until combined. Cover until the mozzarella cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped basil.
