Corn & Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- 2 Cans White Corn, well drained
- 1/2 Green Pepper, diced small
- 1/2 Red Pepper, diced small
- 1/2 Orange Pepper, diced small
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced small
- 8 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
- Serve with crackers.
