Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 12 Oz. Can Roasted Red Peppers, drained
- 8 Oz. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 4 Oz. Can Diced Green Chilis, drained
- 1 Garlic Cloves, minced
Instructions
- Puree red peppers in food processor or blender; drain again.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended and refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
