• 1 Long Strip Lemon Peel
• Ice
• 2 Oz. Bourbon Whiskey
• Nonalcoholic Ginger Beer
• Bitters

Instructions

1. Place lemon peel in Collins glass and fill with ice.
2. Add whiskey; top with ginger beer and stir.
3. Add 2 to 3 dashes of bitters, to taste. Enjoy!
