Ingredients
- 2 C. Fresh Blueberries
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C. 1% Low-Fat Milk
- 2 C. Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 C. Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, place blueberries, peanut butter and milk. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
- Add frozen yogurt and ice; continue to blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour in three 8 ounce glasses and serve.
