Blueberry Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 C. Frozen Blueberries, rinsed
- 1⁄2 C. Ice Cubes
- 2 tsp. Minced Fresh Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Turmeric
Instructions
- In a blender, purée almond milk, bananas, blueberries, ice, ginger, and turmeric until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses.
