Cantaloupe Frosé
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cantagold Cantaloupe, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 (750 ml) Bottle Rose
- 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- Fresh Mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Place cantaloupe on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
- Add rose, lime juice and frozen cantaloupe to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh mint.
