Carrot Fries
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 C. Carrots, cut into sticks
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place in air fryer in a single layer (you may need to make multiple batches, depending on the size of your air fryer).
- Cook in the air fryer at 400F for 10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce – Our Registered Dietitians recommend a Greek yogurt based sauce for a protein boost!
