Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Green Onions, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 C. Packed Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1/4 C. Packed Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves
- 1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves
- 3/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Red Pepper
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, purée all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup.
