Grilled Porterhouse Steak With Veggies
Ingredients
- Four Brothers Porterhouse Steaks
- Baking Potatoes
- Yellow Squash
- Carrot
- Red Bell Pepper
- Red Onion, divided
- Butter, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 C. Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 10,000 Lakes Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
Veggies
- Cut carrots and squash into half-moons and place into a mixing bowl.
- Cut pepper and onion into 3/4” pieces and add them to mixing bowl, leaving out some of the red onion to use on potatoes.
- Toss veggies with canola oil, salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.
- Add balsamic vinaigrette to the bowl and toss to mix.
- Place mixture in aluminum foil wrapping the veggies tightly and place on preheated grill.
- Cook to desired doneness and set aside.
Potatoes
- Take a cleaned baking potato cut in half long way.
- Place desired amount of raw onion and a couple of pattes of butter on the cut side of one half of the potato. Top with other half of potato.
- Season potato with salt and pepper and wrap in Aluminum foil.
- Place on grill and cook till potato is fork tender set aside.
Steak
- Pat steaks dry and season with 10,000 lakes seasoning.
- On a preheated grill cook till internal temperature reaches 145ºF or to desired doneness.
