Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 Sugar Cubes
- 4-6 Oz. Brewed Coffee
- 1 Oz. Irish Whiskey
- Heavy Cream, lightly whipped
- Green Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Add two sugar cubes to glass; fill 3/4 full with coffee. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add whiskey to the coffee and stir to combine.
- Float a layer of whipped cream over the top of the coffee by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with green sprinkles if desired.
