Mango Milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 Mangos
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp. Cashews
- 1 C. Pineapple (fresh or canned in 100% juice)
- 1 C. Coconut Milk
- 1 C. Ice
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Peel and chop mangos and banana and place into blender. Add cashews and chopped pineapple.
- Blend on low for 30 seconds. Add in coconut milk and ice, then blend for additional 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour shake mixture into glass(es), garnish with mint, add a straw and serve.
- If consistency is too thick add a small amount of water and blend again, repeating as needed, until smooth.
