Nutty Mandarin & Kiwifruit Tacos
Ingredients
- 4 (6 Inch) Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 C. Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 2-3 Chilean Mandarin Oranges
- 2 Chilean Kiwifruit
- 2 Tbsp. Shaved Almonds
- 4 tsp. Honey
Instructions
- Peel and separate mandarins into sections. Peel and dice kiwifruit. Set aside.
- Place tortillas flat on a board. Spread 2 Tbsp. cream cheese on half of each tortilla.
- Cover cream cheese with mandarin and kiwifruit.
- Sprinkle each with 1/2 Tbsp. almonds and drizzle with 1 tsp. honey.
- Fold over to close.
