Instructions
- Rub generous amount of Four Brothers Prime Rib Seasoning on all sides of roast.
- Place roast in baking dish.
- Bake at 325ºF for 18-20 min for each pound of roast until internal temperature reaches 125ºF for a rare roast, 130ºF for a medium-rare roast, and 135ºF for a medium roast.
