Ingredients
- 4 C. Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
- 14 Oz. Can No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes
- 15 Oz. Can Low Sodium Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 9 Oz. Bag Green Giant Simply Steam Garlic and Herb Vegetable Medley
- 9 Oz. Bag Green Giant Simply Steam Cut Green Beans
- 1 C. Whole Grain Pasta of Choice, dry
- 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese for Serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large soup pot, add vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, oregano, and parsley. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil.
- Add frozen vegetables and pasta. Return to a boil. Then, cover and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 7-9 minutes, until pasta is al dente.
- If desired, top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
