Rotel Dip with Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
- 16 Oz. Velveeta, cubed
- 10 Oz. Rotel
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef until cooked through. Add 1/2 packet of Taco seasoning and 1/4 C. of water. Mix until well combined.
- Add cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel to the skillet. Stir thoroughly until melted and well combined.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips.
