Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs. Pork Loin Half, boneless
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 C. Water
- 2 C. Four Brothers Western Style Barbecue Sauce
- 3 C. Cole Slaw Mix
- 12 Whole Wheat Buns
- Apple Slices, for serving
Instructions
- Rub the pork loin with the smoked paprika and garlic powder, then place it in the slow cooker.
- Add the water to the bottom of the slow cooker. Be careful not to pour water directly over the meat, as you don’t want the spices to run off.
- Add the lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred with two forks and toss with the juices remaining in the slow cooker.
- Add the barbecue sauce and toss to combine.
- Fill a whole wheat bun with the BBQ pork and top with coleslaw mix. Enjoy with a side of apple slices!
