Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Nachos
Ingredients
- 14 Oz. Beef Broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
- Tabasco® Sauce, to taste
- 3-4 Lb. Boneless Bottom Round Beef Roast
- 1 Tbsp. Montreal Steak® Seasoning
Topping Ideas
- Shredded Cheese
- Tomatoes, diced
- Jalapeños, sliced
- Onions, finely diced
- Black Beans
- Corn
- Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Lime Juice
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir broth, Worcestershire, mustard and Tabasco sauce to taste. Place beef in bottom of 5-6 quart slow cooker. Pour broth mixture over beef; sprinkle with steak seasoning. Cover slow cooker with lid; cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 7 hours.
- Transfer beef to large bowl. With 2 forks, shred beef; return shredded beef to slow cooker. Cover slow cooker with lid; cook on low 1 more hour.
- Line a pan with tinfoil for easy clean up. Spread a layer of tortilla chips onto sheet pan. Evenly spread shredded beef over chips. Add desired toppings. Broil in oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted and toppings are warm.
- Serve with Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa or any other desired dips or toppings. Enjoy!
