Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
Yogurt Cup Base:
- 3 C. Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/2 C. Fresh Strawberries, diced
- 3/4 C. Granola of Choice
Topping:
- 1/3 C. Fresh Strawberries, diced
- 1/3 C. Granola of Choice
Instructions
- Line muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
- Scoop 1 Tbsp. of granola into each muffin liner. Set aside.
- Add yogurt and 1/2 C. of diced strawberries to a medium bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold until mixed.
- Using a measuring cup, scoop 1/4 C. of yogurt mixture into each muffin liner. Use the back of a spoon to create an even layer.
- Top each yogurt cup with about 1 tsp. diced strawberries and 1-2 tsp. granola. Lightly press the granola and strawberries into the cups.
- Place muffin tin in freezer for 1-3 hours, or until firm.
- Remove yogurt cups from muffin liners, let sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating.
