- 4 Slices Whole Grain Toast
- 2 Avocados, smashed
- 2 Strips Cooked Bacon, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Pomegranate Arils
- 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
- Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- Leafy Greens, for garnish (Optional)
Instructions
- Top whole-grain toast with avocado, chopped bacon, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and microgreens.
