Tuscan Marinade
Ingredients
- 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed with press
- 6 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Anchovy Paste
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 3/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk all ingredients, except oil; whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify. Makes about 3/4 cup.
