Ingredients
- 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 2 Tbsp Hummus, any flavor
- 1/2 Cup Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
- 2-3 Tbsp Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Diced Zucchini
- 1/8 Cup Chick Peas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly over tortilla.
- Add veggies and wrap tortilla.
Notes
Dietitian's Tip: Try adding lean protein such as chicken. Mix up the flavor by choosing different flavors of hummus.
