Yogurt-Marinated Chicken With A Kick
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Marinade Ingredients
- 1 C. Plain, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
Marinade Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl; whisk until blended.
Chicken Directions
- Place chicken in a food-safe resealable plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag, pressing out as much air as possible. Turn bag over several times to coat chicken evenly. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or no longer than overnight, turning once.
- Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until temperature registers 165 degrees on an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of chicken.
